The Reserve at Arbor Lakes is a new residential development completed August of 2018 in Maple Grove, Minnesota with a 25,000-square-foot clubhouse connecting 257 apartments. Contractor Doran Construction wanted an exciting focal point for the clubhouse, which serves as a key gathering place for tenants. Doran, Acucraft, BDH + Young and ENERVEX teamed up to design a custom fireplace that is both inviting and safe.

The custom, see-through fireplace links the lounge area and dining space with an 88” wide by 59” tall viewing area. A golden oak designer log set up by Acucraft yields a natural look for the fireplace.
