The PowerVex BP heat recovery unit recovers surplus energy from exhaust gases and process air. It is designed to handle exhaust gas temperatures up to 1100°F (600°C) and is primarily used for industrial and commercial plants with long operational hours and high outlet temperatures in exhaust ducts and chimneys. The Basic series is typically used in industries such as bakeries, food processing, and metal processing.

The recovered and stored surplus energy can be used for energy optimization in production processes, heating of domestic water, cleaning, or surplus water from work processes.

• Can be combined with other Basic Plate units in a modular fashion
• All parts exposed to exhaust gases made in stainless steel 316L
• Maximum pressure water side of heat exchangers 175 PSI (12 bar) at 375°F (190°C) plate temperature
• Designed for indoor use. Can be used outside if the product is covered / encapsulated
• 4 drainage tubes to remove condensation
• Allowable fuels: Natural gas, Propane and oil #2
