Sales Support Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist. This individual will provide external/internal sales support, sales order entry and respond to customer and internal inquiries.
- Manage all aspects of customer service coordination from project initiation through invoicing
- Maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system by inputting quotations.
- Import job design BOMs from ENERVEX WISP design software into Microsoft NAV to create quotes.
- Perform follow-ups to costumers on a recurring basis to ensure CRM is up to date
- Prepare quotations according to bid specification and equipment schedules, with accurate configurations
- Provide product and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, and answering questions.
- Perform calculations in proprietary design software.
- Prepare specifications and submittal packages.
- Provide sales vs. budgets results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports to customers on a quarterly basis..
- Forward samples and marketing materials by entering requests, arranging shipments, and notifying customers.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Experience in customer service
- Prior experience with Microsoft NAV and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required, and familiarity with PandaDoc is considered an advantage
- Previous experience in construction with the ability to read and pull plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- College degree preferred
- Min 3 years’ experience in sales
