P-T Groundskeeper/Handyman
Job Description
We need a person who can step in and
- Make sure our property maintains its exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained
- Take care of lawn and landscape grooming and maintenance
- Change a light bulb when needed
- Hang the toilet paper holder, when somebody has pulled it off the wall
- Hang the pictures and posters that are sitting on the floor
- Fix the drain when the kitchen sink won't drain
- Empty the trash bin once in a while
- Replace the ceiling tiles when the roof leaks
- - and whatever may be on the "honey-do" list
Skills & Experience
The is no need for a specific level of education and you should be able to talk, read and write English for safety reasons and to ease communication. Having a driver’s license would be a plus. But it is important that you have High-energy and can keep yourself busy even without a lot of directions
