Accounting/Customer Support Specialist


Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting & Customer Support Specialist to be responsible for the tasks and activities surrounding daily accounting and customer support functions.

Responsibilities

  • Performs various accounting duties using Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
  • Assist controller with monthly, annual, and any special financial reports with the use of NAV, etc.
  • Assist in all aspects of customer support coordination from project initiation through invoicing.
  • Handling of intercompany sales orders, billing invoices, and purchase orders between ENERVEX, regional sales offices, and their customers.
  • Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; and notifying managers and customers.
  • Provide product, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, and answering questions.
  • Manage order-related support, feedback and inquiries from customers, including part requests, freight quotes, shipping quotes, charging credit cards, etc.
  • When required, serve as a backup for Order Handling & Logistics Manager

Skills & Experience

  • Accounting degree or relevant work experience
  • 2-3 Years of experience in customer service & support
  • Experience with Microsoft NAV ERP software is essential
  • Understanding of basic financial statements and transactions
  • Ability to create and follow a plan
  • Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical and think outside the box
